EngineerGirl Essay Contest
The National Academy of Engineering (NAE) invites students in grades 3-12 to participate in its annual EngineerGirl Essay Contest. NAE will award $500 to the essays that best describe how engineering has addressed one of five areas of societal need (Communication, Education, Health, Nutrition, or Transportation) in the past 50 years and suggest ways that engineering could address this area of need in the next 50 years.
