Meet the people in Systems Analysis

Computer systems analysts solve computer problems and help companies use computer technology. Systems analysts also plan and develop new computer programs and add software to computers so they run as smoothly and quickly as possible.

• Bettina Bair, Systems Analyst – I spend most of my day talking to the people who use the computer systems in my business. I help them tell the programmers what kinds of new programs to build, and after the program is done, I help them learn to use it and get any problems fixed.
